Import the loop to your project (File -> Import):

Click and drop the loop (1) to the timeline (2). Most of our loops are seamlessy loopable. That means you can use the animation an infinite number of times without a noticeable joining seam:

Now you can add a title graphic (File -> New -> Title) (1) and place it above the loop in video track 2 (2):
